Victor Dmitrievich Borovkov (March 28, 1916 - August 4, 1995) was a Soviet pilot known for his leadership during the 'Sever-2' expedition. He served as a squadron commander in a Guards aviation regiment and achieved the rank of Guards Captain. Borovkov was recognized as a Hero of the Soviet Union and was awarded several honors for his contributions to aviation and military service.
