Pavel Stepanovich Chikov (July 15, 1917 – December 29, 2006) was a Soviet party and state figure. He served as the Secretary of the Tyumen Regional Committee of the Communist Party from 1961 to 1963 and again from 1964 to 1968. He was the Chairman of the Tyumen Rural Executive Committee from 1963 to 1964. Additionally, Chikov was the Director of the All-Union Institute of Medicinal Plants from 1972 until 1981.
