Oh Won-kyun was a South Korean educator, author, and social activist who served as a middle school teacher and principal at Seodaejeon High School, and later at Daejeon Woosong High School. He was a full-time lecturer at Daejeon Industrial College, an adjunct professor at Pai Chai University, and a professor at Woosong University. Born on December 20, 1946, in Jeongan-myeon, Gongju, he became a prominent figure in promoting filial culture in the Hoseo region and ran in local political elections for mayor and education superintendent but was ultimately unsuccessful.
