Elena Mikhailovna Mastyukova (July 1, 1928 – February 10, 2004) was a Soviet and Russian neurologist, pediatric psychoneurologist, and defectologist. She held a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree and was a professor. Mastyukova was head of the laboratory for clinical-genetic studies of abnormal children at the NII Defectology from 1985 and led the Consultative-Diagnostic Center at the RAO Institute of Correctional Pedagogy from 1992 to 1997. During her tenure, the lab became a nationwide center for children with psychophysical developmental disorders.
