Hryhorii Mytrofanovych Dvoinos (January 13, 1935 – January 1, 2008) was a Ukrainian zoologist and parasitologist specializing in nematodes and ciliates that parasitize horses. He was a Doctor of Biological Sciences, awarded in 1993, and published over 100 scientific works, including three monographs. Dvoinos described several new species of nematodes for science and was recognized for his contributions to the field.
