Yuriy Ivanovych Piskovskyi (born October 9, 1935, Sloviansk, Donetsk region) is an architect and photographic artist. He has served as a professor at the International Academy of Architecture and is an honorary academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture. Piskovskyi was the chief architect of Kyiv from 1993 to 1996 and the head of the Council of Chief Architects of Ukrainian Cities until 1996. He is also recognized as a Peace Ambassador for the Federation of World Peace.
