Kim Young-jae (金 英哉, 1910 - 1970) was a Korean independence activist during the Japanese rule of Korea and a military officer in both the Nationalist and later South Korean air forces. He attained the rank equivalent to Colonel. Also known as Wang Yingzai in Chinese, he had several aliases including Kim Se-il and Kim Se-il. His uncle, Kim Hong-il, was a notable military officer and politician. He belonged to the Gimhae Kim clan.
