Vina Chitko (August 14, 1935 - September 19, 2015) was a prominent Indian writer, poet, lyricist, and music director. As the daughter of Master Krishnarao Phulambrikar, she contributed significantly to Indian music, performing at national and international events. She was the first female music director for Marathi bhavageet and gained recognition for her ability to quickly notate songs she heard. Vina's musical education included training in sitar, and she often performed with instruments while singing folk songs on television. Her notable works include many published articles and contributions to Marathi literature.
