Zakhari Mikayeli Narimanov (born May 23, 1925, in Yerevan) was an Armenian doctor and health care worker in Soviet Armenia. He became a member of the Communist Party in 1952 and graduated from Yerevan Medical Institute in 1947. He specialized in ENT diseases in Yerevan and Kirovakan. Narimanov was the head of the 4th Department of the Ministry of Health from 1959 to 1960, and served as the Minister of Health from 1960 to 1975, making significant contributions to the healthcare system and pediatrics in Armenia.
