Govinda Adhikari was a prominent Nepali writer, poet, and essayist born in Chabahil, Kathmandu. He gained recognition in Nepali literature through his poem 'Bhayo Bhai Dye' in 1973 BS. Additionally, he was active in journalism starting in 1982 BS, working with the weekly publication 'Yug Samvad' from 1991 to 1993. His notable essay collections include 'Shor Shajh' and 'Hariya Saikal'. He passed away at the age of 51 in Kathmandu.
