Vladimir Sergeevich Olkhovsky (1925 - 1969) was a Soviet Army officer and a full holder of the Order of Glory. He served in the 216th Rifle Regiment of the 1st Belarusian Front during World War II. Notably, he captured six enemy soldiers during a battle in Klyuch and single-handedly killed eighteen enemy soldiers and destroyed a machine gun position at various conflicts, earning him three different classes of the Order of Glory. After the war, he worked at the Talas collective farm until his death.
