Ivan Ilyich Rachkov (1921–2000) was a Soviet pilot in the mine-torpedo naval aviation during World War II. He was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union on March 6, 1945, for his bravery. After the war, he achieved the rank of Colonel on May 16, 1951. Rachkov was recognized for his significant contributions to the Soviet military efforts. He remains a notable figure in the history of Soviet aviation.
