Алғазы Серғазыұлы Секенов, born on April 18, 1970, in Balkhash, is the General Director of the GNPF Accumulation Pension Fund JSC. He graduated from Lenin KazPTI in 1993 as an engineer and from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in 1995 as an economist. Sekenov has held various positions in the National Bank of Kazakhstan, including roles in dealing operations and financial market analysis, before becoming the Director of GNPF in 2006.
