Kim Young-hoon (February 22, 1905 – September 14, 1985) was a Korean official during the Japanese occupation and an educator in South Korea. He served as the first Superintendent of Education for Seoul. He was born in Unsan County, North Pyongan Province, and graduated from Hiroshima Higher Normal School in 1931. He held various educational administrative roles and was involved in teacher appointments that raised controversy after the 4.19 Revolution.
