Viktor Timofeevich Mishchenko (March 8, 1928 – December 24, 1995) was a Soviet statesman and public figure. He was a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) and served as the second secretary of the Altai Krai Committee of the CPSU from 1976 to 1983. He was a delegate to several CPSU congresses and headed the Altai Krai Executive Committee from 1983 to 1987. Mishchenko was also a member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, as well as a candidate of economic sciences.
