Nam Kwang-hyun (July 5, 1978 – March 18, 2010) was a South Korean handball player who played as a goalkeeper. He was selected for the national team while studying at Chungnam National University in 1997 and won a gold medal at the 2002 Asian Games. He played for clubs including Doosan and Welcome Credit Korosa. In September 2009, he was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer after a regular check-up. Despite support from the handball community, he passed away at the age of 33 in March 2010.
