Kim Yun-hwan (June 7, 1932 - December 15, 2003) was a South Korean journalist, politician, and poet. He served as a member of the National Assembly during its 10th, 11th, 13th, 14th, and 15th terms. He held the position of Vice Minister of Culture and Public Information. A classmate of Roh Tae-woo, he played a central role in the establishment of both the Roh Tae-woo and Kim Young-sam administrations, earning him the nickname 'kingmaker'. His pen name was Hojoo, and he was part of the Seong San Kim clan.
