Ko Jai-pil (高在珌, 1913-2005) was a South Korean politician, lawyer, and legal scholar. He served as the Minister of Health and Welfare and was a member of the National Assembly for multiple terms. During the Japanese occupation, he worked as a bureaucrat in Manchukuo. He was actively involved in the student independence movement in Suwon during the 1920s and 1930s, and was the brother of Ko Jae-cheon, an independence activist. His pen name was Hanam.
