Karl-Bertil Lång was a Finnish ice hockey player born on July 10, 1920, in Helsinki. He played in the Finnish SM-sarja during the 1938-1939 season for Åbo IFK, participating in all six matches. Lång also competed in ski jumping. Tragically, he died in an airplane crash on July 1, 1944, during World War II, while serving as an observer in a bombing mission. His death occurred when the aircraft lost control after encountering turbulence. His father, Lauri Lång, was a multiple Finnish champion in relay running.
