Olena Oleksandrivna Korchova (born August 3, 1964, Kryvyi Rih) is a Ukrainian musicologist and educator. She holds a PhD in arts (2004) and became an associate professor in 2006. A member of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine since 2012, Korchova has worked at the National Music Academy of Ukraine from 2000 to 2023, leading the department of history of foreign music. She initiated a boycott against the name of the Russian composer Tchaikovsky in 2022, resigning in protest against the academy's decision to retain it.
