Theodor (Todi) Minda was a Romanian poet and folklorist writing in the Măglen Romanian language. Born on January 28, 1911, in Lugunți, then part of the Ottoman Empire, he emigrated to Romania in 1926. Minda was a key figure in the cultural society 'Meglenia' and pursued a long career as a chief accountant. He also studied philology and attended fine arts courses, writing poetry and painting throughout his life. He died on September 12, 1982, in Cerna, where he conducted research on the Măglen Romanian language.
