Marcela Štastná, born Jelínková on July 12, 1937, in Prague, is a former Czechoslovak and Czech competitive swimmer. She learned to swim at age 10 on the Berounka River and began competitive swimming with the Spartak Praha ČKD-Stalingrad club. She specialized in the butterfly stroke and represented Czechoslovakia in women's competitions from age 18. Štastná participated in the 1958 European Championships but did not advance in the 100m butterfly. After retiring in 1961, she returned to competitive swimming in her 50s and continues to compete in veteran races.
