Viktor Grigoryevich Belashev (August 12, 1927 – February 7, 1981) was a vice admiral in the Soviet Navy and commander of the 4th flotilla of nuclear submarines in the Pacific Fleet. He served as a member of the Military Council of the Pacific Fleet's submarine flotilla and was the commander of the first nuclear submarine K-45 (Project 659) on the Pacific Fleet.
