Huang Kun-Rong (October 15, 1953 – July 29, 2009) was a Taiwanese glass artist born in Hualien, Taiwan. He served in the military in Kinmen and began working in shoemaking in Taichung in 1970. In 1985, he founded Ming Guang Art Glass in Tainan. Later in his career, he transformed into creating and promoting art education. His techniques included cold-work, mosaic, glass sculpture, and more, integrating environmental concepts into his art. His final work, 'Zeng Wen Image,' embodies his vibrant life story.
