鲍文奎 (May 8, 1916 – September 15, 1995) was a prominent Chinese crop geneticist born in Ningbo, Zhejiang. He is recognized as the founder of research in polyploid genetic breeding of plants in China, particularly known for his work on octoploid intermediate wheatgrass. In honor of his contributions to the field, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
