Kim Mu-seok (October 15, 1940 – March 24, 1966) was a South Korean army officer who graduated from the Korea Military Academy in 1964. He served as a second lieutenant in the 10th company of the 1st regiment of the Capital Division during the Vietnam War. He lost his life while on a mission to search and block enemy retreat routes, demonstrating bravery by engaging and killing four enemy soldiers. He was posthumously promoted to captain and awarded the Eulji Military Medal for his contributions.
