Zinaida Fyodorovna Agafonova (February 24, 1930 – September 26, 1991) was a weaver at the Baltic Manufactory of the Estonian SSR. She was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor in 1971 for outstanding achievements in fulfilling production targets ahead of schedule during the Eighth Five-Year Plan. In 1977, she received the State Prize of the USSR for her initiative in increasing production and improving the quality of consumer goods, contributing significantly to the development of the light industry.
