Kyrill Yegorovich Lomagin (May 24, 1933 – April 6, 2012) was an Udmurt writer, poet, prose writer, satirist, and journalist. He was a member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR and the Union of Writers of the USSR and Russia. He received several honors, including the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the UASSR in 1977, the All-Udmurt National Prize named after Kuzebay Gerda in 1999, and was named the People's Writer of Udmurtia in 2009.
