Vasyl Fedorovych Ovchynnikov (December 25, 1907 – April 5, 1978) was a Ukrainian Soviet painter and graphic artist. He was a member of the Union of Soviet Artists of Ukraine from 1938. In 1969, he was honored as a Meritorious Artist of the Ukrainian SSR. He was married to theater artist Raisa Margolina and was the father of the graphic artist Olena Ovchynnikova.
