Kiryll Yevgenievich Miloslavsky was a Ukrainian Soviet scientist born on January 14, 1914. He was an engineer-researcher and a physicist-magnetologist, earning a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in 1943 and becoming an associate professor in 1946. Miloslavsky contributed to the field of musical theater, co-authoring and compiling five books on its history. He passed away on February 13, 1975, in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
