Prince of Assyria, born Ninos Dankha in Baghdad, is a Swedish-Iraqi pop rock and folk singer of Assyrian descent. He moved to Sweden at the age of one and grew up in Linköping. He rose to fame with his 2009 hit 'What Ever You Want' and his debut album 'Missing Note' in 2010, which reached the Finnish charts. His bilingual song 'Tliqa' showcases his heritage with lyrics in English and Aramaic. In 2014, he released a second album, 'Changing Places.'
