Prince George, Duke of Kent (full name: George Edward Alexander Edmund, December 20, 1902 - August 25, 1942) was a member of the British royal family. He was the fourth son and fifth child of King George V and Queen Mary. His brothers included King Edward VIII and King George VI. He held the title of Duke of Kent from 1934 until his death in a military plane crash on August 25, 1942.
