Pilypas Narutis-Žukauskas was a Lithuanian engineer and member of the Catholic youth organization Ateitis. He was one of the main organizers of the June 1941 uprising in Lithuania and participated in anti-Nazi resistance. He was also imprisoned in the Stutthof concentration camp during World War II. Born on May 26, 1920, in Piatigorsk, Russia, he died on June 7, 2014, in Chicago, USA.
