Pierre Paul Jean Cance (1907-1988) was a French milician who fought alongside the Germans in the Charlemagne Division during World War II. He was a restaurateur near Montpellier and had ties to the far-right group La Cagoule. Active under the Vichy regime, he was appointed by Joseph Darnand in 1943 and later joined the Waffen SS. Cance was captured in May 1945, sentenced to death by the French justice system, which was later commuted to life imprisonment. He was released in 1950.
