Pia Skaar (April 3, 1938 – February 3, 1996) was a Norwegian jazz and pop singer who moved to Finland. Born in the Lofoten Islands, she recorded three singles in Norway before marrying musician Asa Savolainen in 1964 and relocating to Finland. She became known for her performances at the Pori Jazz festival and collaborated with various artists in the 1990s, releasing the album 'Loving Feelings' in 1993 and participating in the 'Live at Baltic Jazz' concert album in 1991.
