Philip Pacy Cohen (1908–1993) was a prominent American chemist and medical researcher known for his pioneering work in human metabolism. He served as the head of a department at the University of Wisconsin Medical School and was recognized as a member of the National Academy of Sciences. Cohen also chaired the National Research Council Committee on Growth and contributed significantly to studies on transamination reactions and urea production.
