Philip Julian Kelsall MBE ALCM is an English theatre organist born on July 13, 1956. He has served as the principal organist at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom since 1977, inspired by Reginald Dixon. Kelsall began his career in 1975 as an organist for the Tower Circus band. Known for his unique 'Blackpool style' of playing, he has made numerous radio and television appearances and released 59 albums. He was appointed MBE in 2010 and celebrated his 40th anniversary as Tower organist in 2017.
