Phil Diserio is an American politician born on December 13, 1959. He served as a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for District 2. Appointed in January 2012 by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, he filled a vacancy caused by the resignation of Tim Ennis. Although he faced defeat in his 2014 re-election attempt, Diserio was successful in 2016. However, his political career faced another setback in 2022 when he was defeated by Jimmy Willis.
