Peter Malcolm Dowson (1915–2004) was an English cricketer and British Indian Army officer. Born in Breamore, Hampshire, he was educated at Rugby School before moving to British India. Dowson played first-class cricket, debuting in 1937 and participating in five matches. He served in the British Army during WWII, receiving the Military Cross for his gallantry in the Burma Campaign. After the war, he worked for Shell in South Africa before returning to England, where he passed away in Somerset.
