Pembe Marmara (25 December 1925 – 31 January 1984) was a Turkish Cypriot poet, recognized as one of the most important poets of the 1940s in Cyprus. Her poetry was influenced by the Garip movement in Turkey, and she wrote both free verse and satirical work. Unlike many of her contemporaries, her poems shifted away from the nationalism common to Turkish Cypriot poetry of the time, focusing instead on the experiences unique to Turkish Cypriots.
