Pelaheia Hlushchenko (born September 27, 1908) was a notable Ukrainian artist and a master of Petrykivka painting. Born in Petrykivka, Ukraine, she became recognized for her contributions to folk art. Hlushchenko was awarded the title of Honored Master of Folk Art of the Ukrainian SSR in 1967 for her work in decorative painting. She passed away on April 11, 1983, in Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR. Throughout her life, she played a significant role in preserving and promoting the traditional Ukrainian artistic style.
