He is renowned for his significant role in shaping the sound of Caetano Veloso's albums in the late 2000s, performing with the band Cê that he formed to accompany the Bahian singer. Additionally, he is recognized as one of the four members of the 1990s group Mulheres Q Dizem Sim.
