Pedro Ángel Richter Prada was a Peruvian officer and politician, who served as the last Prime Minister of the military dictatorship from February 1979 to July 1980. He began his military training in 1942 and progressed through various ranks and roles, eventually becoming the Minister of the Interior and the Head of the National Intelligence Service. After the military dictatorship, he was involved in a court case related to crimes committed during his tenure. He passed away on July 14, 2017.
