Since 2013, he has served as the chairman of the board of Totvs. Passos graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and has a business administration extension from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is also the president of the SOS Mata Atlântica Foundation and a member of various boards and movements aimed at entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability.
