Peadar Clohessy (1933-2014) was an Irish politician from Fedamore, County Limerick. He served as a Teachta Dála for the Limerick East constituency, initially from 1981 to 1982 and again from 1987 to 1997 after joining the newly founded Progressive Democrats. During his career, he was a farmer, Chief Whip of his party, and also served on Limerick County Council for 25 years, becoming chairman in 1992. Clohessy passed away on 18 January 2014.
