Paula af Malmborg Ward (born 1962, Stockholm) is a Swedish composer known for her orchestral, chamber, and theatrical music, as well as music composed for television. She collaborated with writer and librettist Kerstin Persson on the 2004 premiere of 'Ärret.' In 2021, they were commissioned by the Gothenburg Opera to create a new opera titled 'Mythomania.' Malmborg Ward has been a member of the Swedish Composers' Union since 1999 and was elected to the Royal Swedish Academy of Music.
