Pat McGlynn, born on March 31, 1958, in Edinburgh, is a former rhythm guitarist known for his time with the Bay City Rollers. He briefly replaced Ian Mitchell in 1976 and played rhythm guitar, sometimes switching to bass. McGlynn achieved a minor hit in Australia with 'She'd Rather Be with Me.' After leaving the Rollers, he led his band Pat McGlynn's Scotties in Japan and Germany. He also contributed to the Eurovision Song Contest in 1993. Notably, he made serious accusations against the band's former manager in 2003.
