Pang Qing is a retired Chinese figure skater born on December 24, 1979, in Harbin, specializing in pair skating. She began skating at six and teamed up with Tong Jian in 1993. The duo achieved significant success, including multiple Four Continents titles and world championship medals. They competed in three Olympics, winning a silver medal in 2010. After briefly retiring, they announced their professional retirement in 2015. Pang and Tong are also engaged since 2012.
