Pamela Cunningham Copeland (May 5, 1906 – January 25, 2001) was a notable American horticulturist and historical preservationist known for her philanthropy. Her home and gardens transformed into the Mt. Cuba Center, a public garden and research center for Appalachian Piedmont flora, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. In 1985, she was mentioned by Forbes as one of the wealthiest individuals in the United States, with a fortune of $150 million based on shares in Du Pont Co.
