Ottokar Drumbl was an Austrian folk and vocational school teacher, who also worked as a writer and a National Socialist functionary. He led the Reich Propaganda Office in Carinthia, Klagenfurt from 1938 to 1942. Drumbl joined the NSDAP on September 29, 1926. After the annexation of Austria, he took charge of the propaganda office. In 1942, he moved to the Reichskommissariat Ukraine, where he became the head of the propaganda department. He died during World War II.
